LS&A is looking for a mid-level financial supervisor with an excellent
track record, to assist our company in a consulting/management/business
development role.
The main duties of the position will involve international assignments
as an intermediate level consultant (after appropriate training with LS&A),
assisting with the management and planning of the consulting business,
helping to develop new business and liaising with various international
supervisory organizations, including the possibility of serving on some
international committees.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the techniques of risk based
financial supervision, experienced in on-site and off-site inspection
work and have an entrepreneurial rather than bureaucratic perspective.
Prerequisites are at least 4 years of financial supervisory experience
with an excellent record of achievement, a master's degree in finance,
economics or other related discipline and an ability to work constructively
and collegially with other supervisors.
The successful candidate should be in a position to undertake considerable
international travel and will hold a passport that facilitates same (i.e.
Canada, EU, US, Australia, etc.). Location is Toronto, Canada.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications, featuring a base
salary but with the potential for considerable upside based on the amount
of consulting work carried out. An annual bonus scheme will provide additional
incentive.
